The creepiest part about me is how the dread keeps building regardless. First they try not addressing their mutual fear, in hopes it dissipates. But that just causes it to build up. But then, they try releasing the tension by talking about it, but that only summons a worse reaction from the force. This guy was not only a great writer, but a great raconteur. You can find videos of him online telling stories, I believe.
