Matty S. That's not a you thing, Carson specifically writes in the WTF genre 🥴🤪 She must be high on some ancient Olympus mushrooms! I abandoned one of her books as well, but... I may get back to it later... someday... right after I successfully taught a goldfish how to juggle. 😉
Keep this DNF streak going, you are unstoppable right now! 😂💪🥂

Sister Camel I dare not imagine what kind of pretentious creature made you try to read that, you deserve better friends 💔

Moran Thanks for the encouragement Matty, I guess I am just not in the mood to listen to debates on word conjugation in ancient Greek, but maybe one day I will? I kind of hope not, but who knows...
Which book of her did you abandon? This is my first Carson, I saw she received the Nobel prize and wanted to see what the fuss was about. I keep never getting it! Maybe I'm too dumb to appreciate Nobel laureates...

Oy, 'debates on word conjugation in ancient Greek' sounds like a very promising premise! 😉
That’s exactly what happened to me. I saw the damn Nobel, picked up Autobiography of Red, and after a few pages... just threw it straight out the window.
Honestly, you were probably just too smart to see right through the fluff! But hey, maybe someday we'll both get it... Not really! 🤪
