Yes, I fully agree. I received the book as part of the ALC - Audiobook Listener Copy - program offered by Libro.fm. Thank you Libro.fm. The book is non-stop action. It has that space opera military feel to it though the protagonists do not leave Earth save for a brief bit where Saul is taken aboard an imperial guard ship orbiting Earth to be treated for life-threatening battle wounds. I hope we see Princess Anna and her bodyguard in a follow-up novel. I was hoping to have some of Earth's soldiery travel to the aliens' home planet in a cultural exchange in a follow-up novel. I do not, however!, need a series running into tens of novels. A nice duology or trilogy will do nicely. Thank you. This book reminded me just a bit of the Out of the Dark trilogy by David Weber and Chris Kennedy without the nanite-produced vampires.
