Thanks, Jamie! 💚 It's very atmospheric & intense with the creepy, old-school carnival imagery. I think I'd have preferred it as a short story (which I've heard it started as - 'The Black Ferris') rather than a whole novel.

Thanks, Dean! 💚 I really loved his short story 'There Will Come Soft Rains' & want to read more by him. This one wasn't quite my cup of tea - but brilliantly written nevertheless.
