I already bought a copy of this new work by Chandler Morrison. This nomination has got my vote locked down! BTW I am impressed with the early nominations! A Camphouse novel is never a wrong choice (I really liked Support Buddy ). Angel Gelique??? Wow. Her reputation definitely precedes her. A vote would never be wasted there! I noticed the suggestion for another themed anthology, this time woodland terror. IMO this is a great way to get acquainted with and exposed to new Indie authors.

Angel is amazing. And an even more amazing human.

Pisces51 I am aware of the strong connection which readers, writers, fans, and reviewers report following a brush with Angel's interest and intensity. I am committed to reading her signature work Man Cave which has been relegated to my TBR folder simply too many times at this point. Thank you for the prompt Jeffrey!

Sure thing. I read that one and reviewed if you like to read reviews before getting into a book. I often don't do that, but I know some people do.

Pisces51 Jeffrey, No, I do not typically read book reviews before reading the book. In this case I know about the book. Angel is a member of HGW Horror Book Club and Ian filled me in about Angel's warmth toward her fans, the exceptional talent, and her unique contribution to the EH/Splatterpunk subgenre. In some circles Man Cave is a classic. I have owned a copy for ages and I opened it to the first page last night. I'll be reading it along with another book (probably AB's Dark Assembly ). And I would love to read your review of Man Cave ! I will check it out before beginning the book!
