“All the while Michael has no idea what’s going on.” Yeah, until he tells his wife that the reason he deserted her on their wedding night was because he witnessed Uncle Angus raping a young boy. He knew all along what the man was capable of but left his young bride alone with him for nine years? But what can we expect from a “hero” who spent the war as an assistant torturer. This is the stupidest and second most (after Sebastian St. Clair) morally bankrupt character I’ve read in years.
