Actually, the issue seemed to be resolved earlier, and the restriction message disappeared from my book page. However, the same issue has appeared again, and the book is once again showing the message that it does not meet Goodreads catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed.
Could you please help me understand why this is happening again?
Thank you for your patience and assistance.
You will have to contact support. An employee has made it invalid again and it cannot be changed by librarians any longer.
I am Sayan Das, the author of *Hidden Eye*, a full-length paperback novel published by Mathamotar Daptar in 2021.
Book page: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
The book page currently displays this message: “This item does not meet our catalog guidelines and can no longer be rated or reviewed.”
This is a published paperback novel. Its original Goodreads listing previously had 34 ratings and 18 reviews.
Could you please review this record and clarify which catalog guideline it does not meet? If the restriction was applied in error, I kindly request that the book be restored to the public catalog, preserving its existing ratings and reviews if possible.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Sayan Das
