A. L. Hart Hello reviewers,

I'm looking for honest reviews of THE GOLDEN FAMINE, book one of five in The Kingdoms of Want - an adult romantic epic fantasy publishing December 15, 2026 in Kindle Unlimited (pre-order is live on Amazon).

Aelthoria has never known a failed harvest. Behind a living wall of thornwood, the fae kingdom blooms while the rest of Eryndor starves. When four starving nations - the vampires of Vareth, the wolf-shifters of the north, the Stoneborn and the human Meridians - come to beg at the Bloom Throne, Princess Seraphine Aelwyn begins to learn what her mother's generosity actually costs. The vampire prince Kaelen Voss arrives with open contempt and secret orders from his father, and the two of them end up in the royal archive, trading truth for truth over ledgers no one has asked to see in sixty years.

The famine is not a drought. Something is taking, and the garden has to be fed.

- Five peoples, three points of view (fae, vampire and wolf)
- Enemies to lovers, forbidden by fae law, with slow-burn love scenes on the page that are sensual rather than graphic
- The famine plot resolves; the romance continues into book two. 523 pages (Kindle edition).
- Content notes: famine and starvation, the death of a child, grief, some violence

Review copies are on Booksprout (search "The Golden Famine"; reviews due January 15), or reply here or message me for an ePub, PDF or mobi.

The cover art is AI-generated; the book is written by me. Honest reviews only.

Ufuk Çelik Hello A. L. Hart,
The premise sounds very interesting, especially the fae and vampire political conflict. I would be interested in receiving a review copy and providing an honest review after reading. Thank you.
