That's why I suggest young writers with approval of course
I think you have no idea what "approval" entails, how much work and time and attention it takes. Riding herd on enterprises like that is editing, a task, like teaching writing, I once learned how to do (by doing, which is how I learn most things), and also learned I did not enjoy. Definitely not how I wish to spend my reclining years. Shudder..
