I did end up finding them on Audible and have listened to the first one. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the rest! My Review: I was really excited to read/listen to this story when a friend first told me about it.
I listened to it twice back to back, and it was worth it, having done so more became clear the second time through. I really like how all the main characters have such strong upstanding character. Adir, Maeryn, Saba and Kael are all on such interesting paths. I look forward to more of their journeys, especially Keal and Adir. I also look forward to better understanding the Empire and the "All Powerful" and his followers.
I felt the book was left in an interesting cliffhanger. Also I felt unsure of who to trust, except in relation to the main characters.
