On Goodreads, if you go to any book and scroll down, you'll see a button "Write a review" just above the existing review. Just click the button and write your own review.

I used to write Amazon reviews at one time, but later discovered that most of my reviews had been deleted for no discernable reason, so I no longer write Amazon reviews. I dislike wasting my time.

I write my reviews on GoodReads instead.
