Your work has reached millions for a reason. It's inspiring to see such dedication to storytelling. Wishing you continued success on every new project!
I completely agree that the artwork should carry part of the story instead of relying on dialogue for everything. Some of the best graphic novels communicate emotions through expressions and panel layouts, making the reading experience much more immersive.
Hi Kami,
My name is Emmanuel, and I’m a member of A Million More Pages (AMMP), a reading community of more than 2,000 members. I’m genuinely passionate about books that bring together strong characters, complicated choices, and stories that give readers something to think about beyond the action itself. Within our community, we enjoy discovering different voices and genres, including graphic storytelling that explores friendship, identity, trust, and the challenges of growing into responsibility. We’re currently taking part in The Literary Amazing Race, a creative reading challenge that encourages members to explore new authors, genres, themes, perspectives, and stories throughout their literary journey.
Teen Titans: Together caught my attention because the central conflict isn't simply about defeating an enemy—it is about deciding whom the Titans can actually trust. Kori's uncertainty about the newcomers, Vic Stone's connection to Edge Labs, and Kira's positive view of H.I.V.E. create a situation where the line between ally and threat becomes increasingly difficult to define. I was particularly interested in the way the teens have competing ideas about how to handle H.I.V.E., Trigon, and the next generation of superheroes. The question of whether H.I.V.E. could truly be their greatest ally—or whether that alliance comes at too high a cost—gives the story an engaging layer of tension beneath the superhero action.
That connection is what prompted me to reach out personally.

The Literary Amazing Race isn't simply about moving from one book to another—it is about discovering different perspectives, ideas, voices, and worlds through reading. Teen Titans: Together adds a compelling superhero perspective to that journey through its exploration of trust, loyalty, family, friendship, conflicting plans, and the difficult choices that arise when the people who may help you could also have their own agenda.
I wanted to reach out personally and introduce you to what we are doing within A Million More Pages. Would you like to know more about our community and how we welcome authors and their books into our literary journey?
