Hi Susan,
The cover image is a photo of a statue of a man during what I interpret as a serious "moment." His eyes seem drawn and his overall look is somber. To me, he looks like like he is struggling with a "weighty" issue. He is a person with a lot on his mind. That's why I chose the image. The fact that he is a statue, a man made of stone, adds to the image in relation to the title. I am glad you enjoyed the book. Happy reading, Michael Bowe
