I've never had it either although I had a huge knock to my confidence once and it had so rocked me, I decided I was so awful at writing, I'd better stop. That day, I received an acceptance for a story I'd subbed to People's Friend and it made me think perhaps I might reconsider! So glad I did. But I'm not sure that's writer's block. Like you, my imagination runs wild every day. I sometimes wonder if that's because I am an only child but I know you have a brother, so I guess there are different reasons for different people...
