My DNA profile has helped me figure out the lineage of some missing ancestors, but the best thing was solving the mystery of my great-great-great grandfathers mother was. That was a years long search to the truth! I whole heartedly agree… DNA profiles on family tree sites like Ancestry are an amazing way to solve those longtime family lineage mysteries, and find a few unknown cousins to boot!
