I just started reading your book and am very much enjoying it! I just published a novel, My Search for Air, which is loosely based on my great-grandmother. I heard stories of her when I was growing up as she was disowned by her parents for marrying a man they disapproved of. After doing family research, It appears she married a man who was already married. She came from what appeared to be a very upstanding family and always wondered why she would go off with this man. He didn't seem to have money or was unbelievably handsome. I did what you did - took my questions and made it into a novel. Another author who did this (based on her grandfather, is Linda Joyce Stekfo. Her novel is Secrets in the Smoke.
