I don’t think many people would be asking about a Quinn and storm book if their characters hadn’t given the vibe they were getting one. They had me laughing so hard together. I wouldn’t be thinking about them if she hadn’t went to stay with him in California and then storm calling phoenix about Quinn being upset and wanting Skylar. Seems like a cliff hanger. If that wasn’t in the book then I wouldn’t have thought twice about them having their own story…. I just feel like I missed something.
