Rootstock confirmed that Amazon won't let you post a review for a book before the pub date unless you buy a copy from them. Sorry about that and thank you for trying!
I've gotten the same thing. Apparently, you have to have an account with Amazon and have used it within the past year. At least that is my understanding. As far as not accepting a review before publishing date, I don't know.
