I am also now working on a book to be called The Child Within. I will be 70 in a few months. I recall that when I was younger, my mother seemed old. However, the older we both got, the younger she seemed. In her last days, despite her aged body, I especially saw the young, silly, and giggly girl within that she had always been. I plan to write a few f the chapters and then ask others some of them fellow authors, to contribute chapters about their own similar experience with parents, siblings, or even inside themself!
I also have a fun little book coming out in the fall. I used to do a great deal of upland bird hunting. One day, my wife took me to the freezer and showed me that there was no room for anything other than my pheasants. She said that I should hunt less. The family wasn't thrilled to eat them. That began a search for fabulous recipes to cook wild pheasants. It is called Pheasant Recipes to Kill For.
