Wow, thank you so much for replying. I can only see the German e-book on Google Play and Amazon. I'll have a go at asking Scholastic UK! In my desperation, I'm now waiting for the U.S. version of The Raven King to arrive from Amazon Germany. Again, thank you so much!
UPDATE - I finally heard back from Scholastic UK this week.
From Scholastic UK: "We do not have the ebook edition available in the UK, only audiobook".
I'm feeling good about buying the U.S. version of The Raven King from Amazon Germany months ago.
