Praveen Moodley Everything known and knowable is temporary and and an illusion to be disgarded. Experiencing the body and the being is consciousness. Give up the body mind illusion. All is an appearance of consciousness. The appearance of a self as a separate I is only consciousness. The sum total is. Whatever experience's you have, for days or year's it is all an illusion. Consciousness is the listener or hearer. Experience the taste and taster as consciousness. Everything known and knowable is temporary. If you can remember it or forget it, it is not it. Put attention on the substratum of consciousness. Form and formlessness is consciousness. Cause and effect are only consciousness. Good, bad, gain, loss is all consciousness. All beings in the world, breath, the breather, the I am, identities, layers, mantra's, the repeater of the mantra's, the deity, what is imagined, what will happen from doing a mantra, the appearance of an individual soul is an illusion. Whatever can be spoken of is consciousness. Just as the universe is contained in consciousness so to is the body just an appearance of consciousness.
