I just finished the book and enjoyed it thoroughly. Unfortunately, some pages fell out. Very disappointed.
Susan, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the book. But I am concerned over the book falling apart - I contract Friesen Press and its distributor, Ingram Spark, to handle wholesales. I want to track down this printing flaw so please tell me where you bought the book and when. Thank you for helping me keep the printers honest.
