I keep a note book by my bed specifically for the purpose of noting down my dreams. Sometimes I end up with weird `Alice in wonderland` themes, and oh the colours are so bright & astounding. Truly surreal.
LOL. I can relate to that. I wake up and come into my study write down what my dreams were about. Then in the morning when I read them a whole new book is begun. It's amazing but that is how it happens. Thank you for sharing.
It's funny this came up. I had a dream in the last couple of months that was like delivering a ready-made spy thriller to me on a platter. Not at all the genre of the story I have been working out but a consideration for later. But I wondered: isn't that cheating? I know it's my dream but to not work at it, deliberately think of the ideas and organize them; is there any pride in that? It would bother me if I couldn't come up with a story that I worked at, while awake.
