Bob H Then you would probably appreciate Herman Wouk's two-volume WWII novel, Winds of War, and War and Remembrance. I didn't see them on your books list.

Lewis Weinstein Both are on my excel list but not yet on GR. I will read both when I get further along in research and thought regarding my novel-in-progress. I am currently researching and writing about events which took place in Germany and Poland in 1933.

Bob H One book on my Holocaust shelf is a work by Ingo Hitler's Justice: The Courts of the Third Reich, which might not be directly on-point to what you're doing, but does explain how German rule of law came apart before and after 1933.

Lewis Weinstein Hitler's Justice is on my list. A very important aspect of Nazi terror.
