I am the same way. I have a great stockpile of books I have read waiting for SK's latest. I have almost all of them, read them all, some twice, Bag of Bones twice, The Dark Tower series at least twice, Dead Zone, Salem's Lot, The Stand. His book On Writing is one of the best I have ever read.
But I really love Barbara Kingsolver, and others almost as well. King's got another one coming out in July I think. Dolores Claybourn is a great one, along with The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon.

Never read Kingsolver. What sort of books does she write? I'm always looking to discover great new authors from whom I can learn something.
