This is advice I can use, the rear end in the chair part and that it is okay to take breaks in those three hours.
Absolutely! Balance is everything. I've been writing for 20 years. About ten years ago, I bought a stand-up desk which I believe saved my back. So yes, breaks (stretching, walking, breathing deeply) are all important!!
