This was perfect!!! Thank you so much...this really helped my mind understand everything! So most of the "human" women brought down are regular dragon descendants. Toni, Alex, Faith, Kacie, and Pandra (so far) are Royal Dragon Fey because they have ability to perform enchantments and will therefore have a full dragon blue/red tattoo on their backs after they get bit by their varcolac mates. The Varcolac/dragon men have the green/red tattoo and the non-royal women keep their brown piece of a tattoo even after mating. So basically Fey is a type of dragon (I feel like math class - all Fey are dragon but not all dragon are Fey) loll

You absolutely got it, 100%! I would just throw a single wrench in and add that Pandra is a bit of a different Fey because she also has Om Rau blood in her (from her mother). So we shall see if I ever do anything with that (haha!), but, for right now, consider her in the group of Fey Dragons you listed.
