Hi Ellen,

Thank you for such a detailed response! The effort of figuring out how to get the book into various channels is exhausting and keeps pulling me away from writing the third book in my series. Three of my friends/family on Facebook use Nook, and I published on Kobo and iBooks to try and get permafree for the first one on Amazon.

It's encouraging to think that maybe there's a better way. Plus, I guess I really write so that I can tell the story in my head, and see how it comes out. That's fun!

Marketing is not fun. :-p

Keep writing! Write for yourself and that pride will shine through when the book is read by others. Write what you want to write.
