So true! While traveling we had the opportunity to experience the Chinese preparation of tea. We were also impressed by the "collectors" and the range of various teas (some very pricey) for multiple purposes. Can't wait for your new book to arrive with a subject, as always, near and dear to my heart. Thanks, Lisa, for your stellar talent!

As one who appreciates and enjoys tea plus one who also collects teas from various countries I am anxiously awaiting the release of your newest book. It may sound odd but I have almost an emotional connection to tea. It is savored like your characters and not hastily drank then forgotten.
