Carolyn Breckinridge I learned so much about being a server in a restaurant from your writing. It flowed so naturally and I found it fascinating. I waited tables for one night and quit the next day because it was so demanding.

Anita Rodgers LOL. Yes, waiting tables is a bit of a tough gig. Not everybody likes it. I did though. Hard to explain why but there is something about the flow of having all these things going at once and pulling it off. Plus, I love people and gabbing and you get a lot of both in that line of work.

I never occurred to me that a person might learn about the food trade from these stories, but of course it makes sense. Funny, how things that are so second nature to you can be interesting to someone else.
