Yeah it's mostly my fault. I'm asking this question of several writers (some friends, some strangers) and having trouble phrasing it well.
The question being: If you were some a**hole troll and came across your own online persona, how would you antagonize yourself?
My biggest mistake so far seems to be not asking this question of any actual a**hole trolls (seeing as how I don't know any). But I do know dozens of writers, and many of them (like me) are pretty precious about / protective of their online presences, to the point of being somewhat tense about them. So I thought I'd ask them (and myself) to imagine flipping the script. Thought it might be a freeing sort of exercise.
But it might just be too weird or repulsive a question really. Which is definitely understandable.
