I'm okay with paying more for hard copies.
Hi Charlie, the books are now all available on createspace.com if you search on T.O.Munro

They aren't short (404 pages, 496 pages and 728 pages) and that shows up in the price. If it's any consolation, I pitched the price so I make about the same in royalties on the physical books as I make on the e-books. The difference is just the production costs!
CreateSpace is the easiest/most profitable POD out there. And fast (for Amazon purchases). I recommend it.
