Alejandro González So, go watch them. You won't die at the end of the movie, I assure you that much.

Edward Hickman As a devoted lover of Alan Moore's work and a filmmaker, I wish he would realize that exact panel to panel reconstructions are possible now and there is nothing a comic can do that a film cannot. It simply would require him getting involved in the work enough to say that THAT is exactly what he wants and he'd get it (case in point Frank Miller). If they can make a panel by panel reconstruction of Sin City, then we deserve a panel by panel reconstruction of Promethea.

James There is so much in Promethea that wouldn't be possible in a movie. Did you read it?

Brad Comics aren't film and vice versa. There is no good reason to turn the former into the latter other than making money. And that reason isn't anywhere near good enough.

And Edward Hickman? I don't know you but you seem to be somewhat confused about how comics work. Might I suggest you go away and read something like Thierry Groensteen's "The System of Comics"? Thank you.

Joan Sebastián Araujo Arenas Frank Miller went crazy with his second movie of “Sin City”, Edward. The other possibility is that he haven't enough control this time.
