I haven't read CON, as it seemed more for young adult, but personally I wouldn't read DH first, as there will be spoilers in later books, and I hate backtracking. If you want more Sherilyn, check out her "the league" series, I highly recommend it.
There are readers of all ages who read CON, and both genders, as well. It's not just for YA. And there's no more backtracking in it than we have in League :) There aren't any "spoilers." Like I said, I write them intentionally to compliment each other. Hugs!
I think you took my comment as a criticism, but it wasn't. When I say backtracking I mean prequels, it just my personal opinion, for example Star Wars I didn't really enjoy as I knew the ending for example, and I don't mind young adult (which is the category CON is listed under FYI) but are more softly written for the audience, but as I said I haven't read it. I know all genders read your books why did u even say that? I was bit upset and insulted by your comments, given that other than CON, I have read every one of your books, recommended your books to other, and love reading characters, I buy your releases the day they are released and would say your series got me more fully into reading, and yet you criticize me.

I was merely expounding on your comment for other readers who might see it and be dissuaded from trying the series based on your comment, especially since, as you said, you haven't read CON. I was merely trying to expand on the comments for other readers and in no way was trying to criticize you in anyway at all. The comment about CON wasn't directed at you personally, it was directed at other readers who might want to know who the audience is since you're the one who first mentioned it. Again, I was broadening the comments you made for others to give them a fuller understanding of what the books are about, and how and why they are written, which is the point of these Q&A's. Hugs!
I actually read the Dark Hunter Universe ( totally ocd - had to be in order lol) and then went back and read CON. IMHO they really do fill in things we readers would never know and I really LOVE Nick/Ambrose's character. but man my heart broke when nick and ash fell out; please get them back to where they are best friends again... I would love to see more of Acheron/Apostolos and Sytxx and how the brothers are coming together esp bc their soulmates really seem to have bonded and it's just so cool to read those insights of yours about what's going on in all of the DH characters' lives! OH! AWESOME website for fans that you have made! I love being able to read the little changes here and there and knowing that something is coming up! man I wish I had that kind of talent! :-)
