I can relate to that 'make yourself write' bit. It's really good advice. If you know that you really are going to sit down every day and write some words (no matter how few), it can really ensure there is output at the end of the week, month, year. I'd advise anyone, 'Set a target, even if it's tiny to begin with, and stick to it'. Writing's a habit, not an occasional firework.
