I love Leo!!! O my goodness!!! He is my favorite character!!!
As a reader, if I had to put a pin on what Leo's fatal flaw is, it'd be his self-sacrificial tendencies. Just like Beckendorf, for all his bravado, Leo tends to volunteer himself for the dangerous, life-threatening, self-sacrificial tasks in the series (especially in Blood of Olympus!). Martyr complex? I don't know--but personally, that's how I've always thought of his fatal flaw. He's one of my favorite characters too!!!

Yes!! As Riley mentioned in the comment above, it's definitely his self sacrificial traits, which in my opinion stems from low self esteem (thinking he might not be missed) and wanting to prove his worth. Though, all/most characters have a hero complex to sacrifice themselves for another, Leo seems to do this to unlift a burden on himself. But I totally agree that flaws are up for the reader to interpret.
