Happy Thanksgiving! Monday: appt w/Plastic Surgeon, Tues the Neurosurgeon, Wed. Rad report, kinda weird to read about self in 3rd person Same surgery, radically different presentations. Reading your book both funny and infuriating. How do you as physician treat family, friends, self, knowing what's going on behind the scenes?
