Ha ha, I'm sorry my last sentence read like a question because Goodreads told me I didn't have a question mark when I went to submit my 'question'. I was not surprised but knew that you were a Canadian as I am as well. As for the second copy, your package landed in the hands of a librarian in Saskatchewan so I am about to introduce you to our readers in the small city of Estevan. I've sent that second copy to our headquarters and they will slap a barcode on the book and send it back to me. I'm hoping by the time I receive it, I'll have finished reading your book. I do apologize that it may take me awhile as I have a bunch of ARC copies on the go right now and a manuscript I'm reading for a friend's daughter (I have done proofreading for a number of local authors in Saskatchewan). The problem is, I want to read ALL the books but I'm very passionate about supporting local authors, plus your content seems to align with my beliefs surrounding certain events that took place in 2020 and what might take place in the future if you know what I'm saying! I promise, I will review your book as soon as I finish it! The four chapters I have read so far are great! Have a great weekend!
That's great! donating it to the library. I really appreciate that. Regarding thoes "certain events that took place in 2020" — you may want to add to your teetering reading stack my other novel , Much Ado About Corona. I actually posted you a free sample preview copy (you should have an envelope arriving from the Netherlands any day) along with some behind the scenes info about All the Humans Are Sleeping.
