Well, that thought of Miles's didn't come out of the air... :-)
I could wish my dad had lived to see more of my success, as he died in 1986 just after my first book was published, and before any evidence could accrue. I did have one favorable review from The Chicago Sun-Times to show off before then, for which I will always be grateful.
