Alana Hi - In the fall of 2025 someone impersonated me by taking my LinkedIn information and creating multiple social profiles as a book editor. They made claims to be a Kindle Book Editor and it took quite a while to get those profiles removed. So Richard, if you were approached by someone claiming to be me, it was fraudulent. Scams abound!

Michael Kramer G'Day Alana, I agree that scammers and their scams abound and that they tend to use social media while attempting to trap the unwary! My explanation to Richard Steinitz in no way suggests that you are, or ever have been at fault! I for one completly accept your explanation to Richard that others have used information about both you and me to try to entrap other people! I do not like what these people are doing, but there appears to be little to nothing that I can do about it yet. As well, it is becoming increasing obvious that there are a number of people who have been, and continue to plagarise my books. I have instructed my legal team to investigate and to issue legal action in Australian courts of those who have and continue to plagarise my work. Formal complaints against the guilty shall be put into effect via Auustrralia Federal Police and their overseas counterparts. No mercy will be given to those who continue to plagarise my work or those who impersonate me! I do not like doing this sort of thing, but there comes the time when even I say, "Enough is enough!"
Have a nice day. Kind regards - Michael G Kramer OMIEAust.

Alana Indeed these scammers are rotten to the core. It's frustrating. Unfortunately, the onus is on the individual to be diligent about searching their own name to ferret out the scams and try to get them taken down. And now with AI tools, it's easier than ever to impersonate someone in ways that appear authentic. The struggle is real!

Best of luck with your difficulties Michael and all your creative endeavors.

Alana
