Patricia King Thank you for your answer. I've read the reviews about 'Captive,' and most of them said they had wished it would have been a bit longer. So, I'm happy to hear you are planning to revisit it. I was secretly hoping you might decide to do that, since it's not uncommon to write something when you're first starting out, that you look at a few years later, and think, "I could have done that a bit better." So, thank you! And I've been following you on Amazon since I bought your first Eria book, so I will definitely keep an eye out for this newest one. You've made my day! Thanks again!

Lisa Kumar You're so right about authors wanting to improve on their first stories :) Captive was one of my firsts, so I know I can improve upon it. Plus, if I make it longer, there'll be more character development, which short stories largely seem to lack, at least to a degree.
