I'm Catholic and I really appreciated how well you did your research into our faith and portrayed the character. I loved the book.
Thank you, Maria. I’m honored that you enjoyed the story, and I’m really glad you thought the Catholic elements and characters reflected your faith and tradition. While I was in Normandy, I spent some time in Genevieve’s beautiful chapelle, and I was profoundly impacted by the faith and devotion of all who’d come for hundreds of years to pray there. My hope and prayer was to reflect this devout faith in the novel.
