Thank you Dr Appel for taking time to answer my question!
It never occurred to me that someone would turn around and resell a book. Yuck!! And my reviews are always honest, it's a social contract, not a bribe....you have to be careful what you ask for, and have a pretty good sense up front that you will enjoy it unless it is badly misrepresented.
