what a beautiful definition of what we all hope we will have or already do. " it is a conversation that ends only with death--and maybe not even then." this is so true, it does not end with death. My husband died suddenly 27 months ago, and I am still in love with him and I know he loves me even now as I hope to have a physical man in my life again to have just what you wrote love is.
