thank you for your efforts so far Mr Lande, your talent is obvious, and don't doubt yourself, i ate up book I, it was really good, i think it would be a real loss to not have the second. i may be in the minority but i eagerly look forward to seeing it. i read "the devil's soldier" by caleb carr back in the 90's and wondered why so few people had heard of Frederick Townsend Ward, who i can assume Yang Shen is based. i wish you good luck. and who knows? maybe hollywood will pick it up and make a movie about it. i wish you success in your continued, albeit, less than enthusiastic endeavors - your humble fan Mike
