A. III Do you think science is a good thing spiritually?

Lynne Tagawa It depends. Popularized "science" is often shot-through with an atheistic worldview. But many scientists of the past (and present) have been Christians. God's Creation works by rules and principles that we humans are blessed to have the chance to discover.

Lynne Tagawa More recently, I've been working on a historical fiction series set in the 1700s. Love it!

A. III Couldn't agree more. There seems to be an irrational presumption among some that if some phenomena is discovered by scientists, then it is not attributable to God. It's something I'm investigating. I'm also trying to trace a path of the history/evolution of ideas in philosophy and science (physics mostly). I might write something on it but too early to say.
Have you finished the virus novel then?
I do like history and read quite a bit, but have never considered writing anything set in the past.

Lynne Tagawa I have always loved the history of science and medicine --a fascinating topic. You might try an article-length piece to start out. Or blog posts. Yes, A Twisted Strand has been out on Amazon several years. Two years ago I published The Shenandoah Road: A Novel of the Great Awakening, and this summer the sequel comes out, Lord willing.
