Thank you. You did answer my questions, and the questions that the response would have elicited. I did like your book, though it was like a novella rather than the 200 pages or so that I prefer. I do not read certain genres, and appreciate that you are writing gentle books. I do not read paranormal, and think that is something that the younger reader prefers more than my age group. For me, I like characters that behave realistically, like humans I know. I did look at your other books, but mostly you write in the fantasy or paranormal area. For me to find an author who is able to write REAL people and then discover that they generally want to write paranormal or fantasy is disappointing. However, I shall probably "follow" you on Amazon so that if you ever write a book in my area of interest I am sure to buy it. Congratulations on a well-written book in this Anthology. Not all of the authors were as successful as you were.
I write a mix actually. About half of what is available is paranormal--though always contemporary time-wise. On His List, Cursed by Cupid, and some of my anthology novellas are contemporary with no paranormal. I used to have Teacher's Vet out and most of "A Little Moonlight Madness" was contemporary with no paranormal. I might self-pub Teacher's Vet also. (This was also a novella.) But if you peeked in my doc files, it's split between contemporary with no paranormal and paranormal. Also, on my website, my free short stories are split like that also and are designated by genre. http://wendysparrow.com/free-shorts/
