You know, I had to read Fall a few times before I really appreciated it. The Cask is always toted as a great one, but it didn't work that well for me. The Pit and the Pendulum, The Oblong Box, The Gold Bug are all classics, too. He also has a rather famous detective that crosses over a few pieces.
