Beckie Butcher Let me just add this as well. Eating well and taking vitamins and supplements are all fine and well, but has nothing to do with CFS. That is not what causes it. There are other organic causes of CFS, such as damaged mitochondria in the cells as well as damaged DNA as well as differences in the white and grey matter in the brain. It also has nothing to do with thyroid function. CFS is very complex and complicated, and a lot of research is needed to uncover more about it. We will get there!

Jessica Jayne Had it for a while now was hoping you'd say it was easier later on but every hospital I've been to made me do graded exercise therapy and most of the time it makes me worse plus the hospitals here diagnose you with it then treat you like it's all in your head will check that site out and thank you for answering hope your as well as you can be !

Beckie Butcher I'm sorry, Jessica, I didn't see your comment until now. I wish I was more positive as well, But there is still hope. Every case is different. Some people recover in a year. Keep your chin up and take it one day at a time.
