Thanks for the reply! I was also speculating the virus as something along those lines. And I am dying of happiness anticipating all your books to come. It's so rare for an author to be able to portray such a vivid and emersive world and atmosphere and you've done it superbly. Not to mention how all your characters compliment each other so well it just about squeezes my heart when I'm reading your books.
